What is the appropriate place to put the ribbon on a sign when it arises?

Does the tape must be placed on the back? Or can it be placed on the front of the sign and hung?

Use a heavy-duty double-sided tape. Place the tape on top of the sign on both ends and in the middle. Place another band below the signal in the middle. This should keep it there for years to come.
